Do basic solutions also have H+(aq) ions? If yes, then why are these basic?

Answer:

Bases are substances to release hydroxide ions (OH– ions) when dissolved in water. They are found to have a soapy texture when touched. In their aqueous solutions, bases act as good conductors of electricity, the pH values corresponding to bases are always greater than 7. Bases are bitter-tasting substances which have the ability to turn red litmus paper blue.

H + ions can be found in all basic solutions. They are basic since hydrogen ions have a much lower concentration than hydroxide ions.
