Solution

Explanation:

We have to find the LCM of number of the color pencil in the box & number of crayons in each pack which is 24 & 32

32=2×2×2×2×2;

24=2×2×2×3

LCM(32,24)=2×2×2×2×2×3=96

In 1 pack = 24 pencils

96 pencils = 4×24 = 4packs

32 crayon = 1 packs

96 crayon = 3×32 crayons = 3packs

Hence, we have to buy 4 packs of pencils and 3 pack of crayons.
