Emulsification of fat molecule is carried out by 1) trypsin 2) pepsin 3) bile salt 4) amylase

Bile contains no enzyme but it is consisyed of salts, namely, sodium glycocholate and sodium taurocholate. These salts reduce the surface tension of large fat droplets and break them into many small ones. This process is called emulsification. The emulsified fat is digested by using Lipase.
