Step : Compare the equations

The given equation is,

x=3y

This can be rewritten as,

1.x-3y+0=0

Comparing this with the standard equation,

ax+by+c=0

We get, a=1,b=-3,c=0

Hence the value of a,b and c is 1,-3 and 0.
