Find the value of i^-1?

We have to find the value of i-1

i-1 can be expressed as 1/i

Now multiplying Numerator and denominator by i we get

\(\frac{1}{i} X \frac{i}{i}\) \(\frac{i}{i^{2}}\)

We know that i2 = -1

Substituting i2 = -1 in above equation we get

= -i

The value of i-1 = -i
