Simplify the expression 4x+3 using distributive property

The distributive property is a property used in Algebra where a number, when multiplied with a group of numbers, can be distributed to each number of the group and multiplied. Distributive Property Formula is a×(b+c)=a×b+a×c

Given: 4(x+3)
Using distributive property,
4(x+3)=4×x+4×3=4x+12

Hence , 4(x+3) is simplified as 4x+12 using distributive property
