How do you write two hundred million as numbers?

Open in App
Solution

Representation in the international numeral system

In the international numeral system, commas are placed after every 3 digits from right to left.

The first group of digits from right to left represents the ones, tens, and hundred from left to right.

The next group represents the thousands in the same manner i.e., thousands, ten thousand, and hundred thousand.

The next group represents the millions, then the one after represents billions, then trillions and then quadrillions, and so on.

Thus two hundred million is written in numbers as 200,000,000

Therefore, two hundred million in numbers is 200,000,000.
