Taj Mahal is a massive mausoleum. It was built using White marbles. Taj Mahal is located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Taj Mahal is an important building of the Indo-Islamic style of architecture. Taj Mahal has beautiful domes and arches.

• Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan ordered the construction of the Taj Mahal in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal.
• Taj Mahal is located on the banks of the river Yamuna.
• Construction of Taj Mahal began in 1632 A.D. and the construction was completed in 1648 A.D.
• The main architect of the Taj Mahal was Ustad-Ahmad Lahori.
