Least count of voltmeter:

In the case of Voltmeter, we see $5$ divisions = $2$ volt.

Least count of ammeter:

In the case of Ammeter, we see $5$ divisions = $10Ampere$

Hence, the least count of ammeter is 2 A and of voltmeter is 0.4 V.
