Solution

Vitamin C:

  1. Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is required for the growth, development, and repair of all physiological tissues.
  2. Collagen production, iron absorption, immune system function, wound healing, cartilage, bone, and tooth preservation are just a few of the biological functions it performs.
  3. Vitamin C may protect against immune system deficiencies, cardiovascular illness, eye disease, and even skin aging, but it is not a cold therapy.
  4. Lemon and orange are good sources of vitamin C.
  5. Milk contains high quantities of vitamins A and vitamin B, such as thiamine, nicotinic acid and riboflavin, although it is a low source of vitamin C & vitamin E. There is also vitamin B12 in it, but is a poor source of Vitamin C.
