Peptic ulcers:

  1. Peptic ulcers are sores that develop in the lining of the digestive system.
  2. Peptic ulcers are caused by the bacterium Helicobacter pylori.
  3. They’re usually either due to inflammation caused by the bacteria H. pylori, or from erosion from stomach acids.
  4. Fatigue, eating more spicy meals, developing infectious infections, and consuming alcohol are the main factors.
  5. Some of its symptoms include abdominal pain, bloating, pain that recedes after eating, nausea, weight loss, blood streaked vomit, etc.
