Synaptic plasticity results in growth processes. Explain

The biological process by which specific patterns of synaptic activity results in changes in synapticstrength and contributrs to development of memory. The two basic mechanisms involved in these are pre synaotic and post synaptic. These two equally contribute in the development of synaptic plasticity. This process controls the communication between the two neurons. The neurons are linked by the amoount of their communication. Synaptic strength is not a constant quantity, it can be changed or modifies based on their process. The change depends on their activity of communication. It may be eithr slow or fast. The structural changes in this process is time dependent. Based on this time it effects the growth of the brain.
