$\Rightarrow \frac{3 x - 1}{5} - \frac{1 + x}{2} + \frac{x - 1}{2} = 3$
Taking L.C.M of denominators.
$\frac{2 (3 x - 1) - 5 (1 + x) + 5 (x - 1)}{10} = 3$
