Types of a triangle:

  • Scalene triangle: All sides are of unequal length.
  • Equilateral triangle: All sides of equal length. All three angles are equal to 60°.
  • Isosceles triangle: Two sides of equal length.

Properties of a triangle:

  • The sum of the length of two sides of a triangle is always greater than the length of the third side.
  • The sum of all the three interior angles of a triangle is always equal to 180°.
