  • Circle: A circle is a set of points that are at a fixed distance(radius) from a fixed point(center) on the plane. Where the fixed point is the center of the circle and the fixed distance of the points from the center is called the radius. The circle is a closed curve that has no edges or no corners.
  • chord: The chord of a circle can be defined as the line segment joining any two points on the circumference of a circle. The diameter is the longest chord of the circle.
