  • Three stages of the Metal Age are as follows:
  1. The copper age
  2. The Bronze Age
  3. The Iron Age

Copper age

  • It developed between 6,500 and 2,500 years ago.
  • In prehistoric times, gold, silver, and copper were the most often utilized metals.
  • Agriculture and livestock rearing are growing in popularity.

Bronze age

  • It occurs between 2,500 and 1,500B.C.
  • Bronze has been discovered in India, Iran, Armenia, Egypt, and Sumer.
  • The Aegean Sea is a restricted zone for the commerce of bronze.

Iron age

  • It begins around 1,500B.C.
  • This metal is utilized in the manufacture of weapons and tools.
  • It is harder than bronze new metallurgical techniques must be developed to deal with it.
