Solution

Gravity

  1. Gravity is a fundamental force by which objects having mass mutually attract each other. The significant gravitational force is experienced by the pull of the earth.
  2. We all are bound to the ground. Planets revolve around the sun in a fixed orbit, because of the gravitational force between the sun and planets.
  3. Sir Isaac Newton discovered gravity.
  4. Sir Isaac Newton mathematically expressed gravity between two masses. According to the gravitational law Force of attraction between two masses is directly proportional to the product of masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.
  5. If m and M are masses of two objects separated by distance d then the force of gravity between them is given as

F=GmxMd2, where G is the universal gravitational constant.
