6. Yeast is used in the baking industry because it helps it to make spongy and softy.
7. Ideonella sakaienis (bacteria) is capable of consuming plastic.
8. Some bacteria are used for the production of vinegar, curd, and cheese.
9. Acetobacter aceti is used in the production of acetic acid from alcohol.
10. Anaerobic bacteria are used in the treatment of wastewater.
