The Application forms for admissions into various UG and PG programs in SRM Institute of Science and Technology are now open. The candidates must register themselves online before proceeding to apply for the admissions. The Candidates must get a scanned copy of documents like- their 10^th and 12^th class original marksheets, passport sized coloured photograph, signatures, and so on.

The candidates are advised to keep an update of events on a daily basis in order to prevent oneself from missing any details.

Step-by-Step Application Process

The SRM Institute of Science and Technology conducts SRMJEEE for various courses in three phases. The candidate may choose to apply for either 1, 2 or all 3 phases of the examination.

Steps to follow for Application process:

1. The student should visit the official website of SRMJEEE to register.
2. After completing the registration, the candidate receives a verification email on their registered email id. Verify the id from the given link.
3. On completion of email verification, credentials for filling up of the application form will be shared with the candidate. The candidate must login with the shared credentials to fill the SRMJEEE application form.
4. After filling up the application form, the candidate is transferred to the payments page. The payment can be made either by online mode or by demand draft.
5. After the payment of examination fee, the candidate receives the fee receipt and the Application number for SRMJEEE-2023. The candidates are advised to make a note of their application number for further use during the admission process.

Instructions for filling up the Application Form

1. All the fields marked with (*) in the application form are mandatory and need to be filled by the candidate.
2. A self-attested scanned copy of the following documents must be kept ready before filling the application form:
   • Photograph: The image size should be in between 10 KB – 200KB and image dimensions must be 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm.
   • Signature: The image size should be in between 10 KB – 200KB and image dimensions must be 3.5 cm X 1.5 cm.
3. On the successful submission of the SRMJEEE application form, the candidate will receive the unique application number. The candidate must save his/her application number for future communications or references.

Kindly note that the course(s) or college(s) selected at the time of application are for statistical purposes only. The candidate may change the course and college priority at the time of counseling based on his/her All India Rank (AIR) in the SRMJEEE and the availability of seats.

Payment of Fees

The application fees of Rs 1200/- can be paid either online or by the demand draft.

1. 1. Online method: The Candidates can pay online by filling in the application form. After filling in the complete details, the candidate will be asked to check the preview of the application form and submit. On submission, the candidate is redirected to the payments gateway page. Payment can be made online by either the Debit cards/ Credit cards or online wallets.
   2. Offline method: Download the online filled application form. The downloaded copy of the application form and the demand draft (DD) for Rs 1200/- in the name of SRMIST, payable at Chennai must be sent at the below given address.

Note:- Candidate must write his/her name and address at the back of the DD.
