SRMJEEE 2023 Counseling

Only the candidates who have qualified the SRMJEEE exams and whose names are given in the rank list are called for SRM IST Counseling sessions. The candidates can check the rank list on the official website www.srmist.edu.in. Counseling for Phase I and Phase II SRMJEEE 2023 have been conducted. The dates for SRMJEEE 2023 Phase III are released by the SRM Institute of Science and Technology.

SRMJEEE 2023 Counseling is conducted online for the ease of candidates to avoid inconvenient traveling. SRM IST has released the date and time for Round I and Round II of the online counseling for SRMJEEE 2023 Phase I.

E- COUNSELLING SCHEDULE 

Steps for Online Counseling 2023

The steps for smooth online counseling are given below:

Step 1– Login to the application portal and click on admissions.

Step 2– Download the Rank card/list.

Step 3– Fill in the educational details such as Grade 10 results and school name.

Step 4– Fill in the Choices (Choice Filling); here the candidate needs to mention the choice of campus and the programme/course preference.

Step 5– In the next step, the SRM IST admission committee allot the desired campus and programme/course with the pre-mentioned specialization based on the qualifying marks of the candidate in SRMJEEE 2023 and other eligibility factors. The candidate can check the allotted programme and campus on the Online Admission Portal (OAP).

Step 6– Candidate has to accept the allotment and then pay the counseling fee and registration fees. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The counseling fee is a part of the tuition fee. Failure in payment of the Counseling fee within the mentioned time limit may lead to the cancellation of candidature. The details of the payment made by the candidate will be updated shortly.

Step 7- A Provisional Allotment letter and the fee receipt are issued on the name of the candidate.

Step 8– In the next step, the candidate needs to make the payment of the rest of the tuition fee within the mentioned time frame. The candidate has to complete the enrollment process online for the completion of counseling and the admission process.
