As a Founding Member of the India EdTech Consortium (IEC), a self-regulatory body, BYJU’S promises a resolution of your grievance within 15 days by our dedicated team.

Any refund-related queries, product feedback or any other concerns you have can be shared through this portal. You will be assigned a ticket regarding the concern that you raise. You can quote the same ticket number in case you call our helpline number for the same query. At BYJU'S, we strive to address and resolve issues in the shortest possible time and in the most seamless way.
