XAT is a national-level entrance exam conducted annually by XLRI on behalf of XAMI. XAT score is accepted by more than 160 institutes. The notification for the XAT exam is usually released in the month of August. XAT is a computer-based test usually held on the first Sunday of January in a single shift. Eligible candidates can register for the XAT exam through the official XAT website. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply.

The XAT application fees have to be paid using the following methods:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card (RuPay / Visa / Master Card / Maestro)
- Net-Banking

- Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets.
XAT Registration Process 2022
Steps to register for the XAT Exam 2022 are given below:
Step 1:
- Visit the official website and log in using your email id and password.
- The XAT application form will be displayed on the screen. Fill in the form with the correct details.
Step 2: Upload scanned images of :
- Recent passport-sized scanned photograph, preferably in white background, without caps/hats/dark goggles, etc., and having dimensions 200×230 pixels and file size between 20KB to 50KB.
- Clear scanned signature, with black ball-pen, having dimensions 140×60 pixels and file size between 10KB to 20KB
Step 3: Pay the XAT registration fees using Debit Cards (RuPay / Visa / Master Card / Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
Candidates must note that the submission of the application of a candidate could be considered complete, and their candidature would be confirmed only on the successful transaction/receipt of the prescribed application fee from them.
