XAT (Xavier Admission Test) is a national-level entrance test conducted by XLRI on behalf of XAMI. XAT score is accepted by more than 160 institutions. The XAT results are announced after the XAT exam is successfully conducted. XAT exam is usually conducted in January every year. After the release of the XAT answer key, the XAT results are declared. After the XAT results are declared the colleges accepting XAT scores release their respective XAT cut-off. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their XAT scores and their performance in the personal interview round. The XAT Result will give details about the candidate’s marks, overall and sectional percentile, and the status of the candidate whether he/ she has cleared the minimum XAT cut-off or not will also be mentioned.The XAT 2024 Exam duration was 3 hours and 30 minutes and the exam timing was changed from morning to afternoon.

• Visit the official website of XAT- xatonline.in
• Select the “Scorecard” tab or click on Click here to download the XAT Scorecard.
• Enter your XAT ID and Date of Birth
• Now, you can view your scorecard
• Click on the candidate scorecard and download it

XAT Scorecard will be available for a certain time interval therefore, the candidates are suggested to download their Scorecards before the due date. Candidates can check the format of the result given below:

How to Calculate XAT Score?

After receiving the XAT Scorecard the candidates will be able to calculate their XAT Score based on the raw scores obtained in each section. As per the marking scheme of XAT each correct answer will be awarded +1 mark whereas each incorrect answer will give -0.25 marks. The percentage and percentile for the General Awareness section will be calculated independently and not included in the total percentage and percentile. No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions.

*Negative marks are awarded for every unattempted question after 8 unattempted questions: – 0.10 mark. The marks obtained in the individual section will be listed and added to get a raw score.

What after XAT 2024 Score?

After the XAT Authorities have declared the XAT Result, XLRI will announce the cut-off/ percentile for admission to its various courses. The candidates who will score the required percentile will be asked to fill up an application form on the institute’s official website.
