AMUEEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The following Eligibility Criteria are defined for AMUEEE 2023:

  1. The candidate must be an Indian National.
  2. Qualifying Examination: Candidates must have scored 50% marks in English, Mathematics and Sciences in Class 12 examinations for admission to B.Tech and B.Arch courses.
  3. Candidates who have pursued a Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 50% marks are also eligible to appear in the exam.
  4. For application to the BE evening course, the candidate must have a Diploma in Engineering in the same or relevant discipline in which they are appearing in the AMUEEE Examination. The candidates must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the Diploma in Engineering.
  5. For application to the Diploma in Engineering courses, the candidate must have scored a minimum of 45% marks in the Class 12 examinations.
  6. Age Limit: The candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age as on July 31, in the year of examination.
  7. Candidates’ rank and score do not ascertain their admission to any of the branches of AMU. The AMU exam controller authority takes the decision on the admission of a candidate.
  8. Candidates still appearing for the Class 12 or equivalent qualifying exam are also eligible for application, given that they must fulfil all other eligibility criteria.

AMUEEE 2023 Application Form

The AMUEEE Application Form was available only till 24th April 2023 ((with a late fee of Rs.300) on the official AMU exam controller website. AMUEEE 2023 Application process involves registration, filling out the online Application Form, uploading the scanned documents, fees payment and form submission.

Steps to Fill Out the AMUEEE 2023 Application Form

The candidates can fill out the AMUEEE 2023 Application Form online. The steps to fill out the Application Form Online are as follows:

  • Step 1: Visit the official website.
  • Step 2: Click on the “AMUEEE 2023 Registration” link. Fill in all the details required for registration. The login credentials will be received on the registered email ID and mobile number.
  • Step 3: Candidates need to log in with the credentials received and fill in all the required details, such as personal, academic and address details.
  • Step 4: After filling out the online Application Form, the candidate will be redirected to the payments page to pay the application fees online. Candidates can pay fees using a credit card, debit card or net banking.

  • Step 5: The last step is to submit the Application Form.

Documents Required to Fill Out the Application Form

During the time of filling out the Application Form, the candidates must keep the scanned copies of the following documents:

  1. Scanned passport-size photograph
  2. Scanned signature of the candidate
  3. Left thumb impression
  4. Grade 10 and 12 marksheet
  5. Photo ID proof

AMUEEE 2023 Admit Card

Admit Cards for AMUEEE 2023 were released online on the official website. Candidates needed to log into their accounts using their Enrollment/Application number.

Only the candidates who have filled out the Application Form successfully can get an Admit Card for the AMUEEE 2023. It is mandatory for the candidates to take the Admit Card to the examination centre on the day of the examination. In case of failure to bring the Admit Card to the exam centre, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

The AMUEEE 2023 Admit Card contained the following information: the allotted exam centre, date of examination, examination timings, candidate’s name, candidate’s photograph, the six-digit roll number, exam code, AMUEEE 2023 application number, and digital signature.

The steps to download the Admit Cards are:

  1. Visit the official website.
  2. Click on the “Download AMUEEE 2023 Admit Card” link.
  3. Select the course selected in the AMUEEE Application Form, and then log in with the enrollment/application number.
  4. Click on “Download the Admit Card”, and then click on “Submit”.
  5. The candidate’s Admit Card will appear on the screen.
  6. Download the AMUEEE 2023 Admit Card, and also take a printout of the same. The candidates must carry a photo ID and the Admit Card to the exam hall on the day of the examination.

AMUEEE 2023 Results

AMUEEE 2023 Results were declared on the official website, i.e. amucontrollerexams.com. The candidates can check the total marks obtained by them in the respective exam in their Results (or rank cards). The Results are declared in the following three lists: Selected, Chance Memo and the Special-category list. The Results include the roll number and rank of the candidate.

The candidates listed in the Chance-Memo list are considered for admission in the case of vacancy. Post the declaration of Results, the candidates are advised to go through the AMUEEE Counselling to get admission to the desired stream of the desired college.

Steps to Check AMUEEE 2023 Results

The following steps must be followed by the candidates to check their AMUEEE 2023 Results online:

  1. Visit the official AMUEEE website at amucontrollerexams.com.
  2. Click on the link “Results”.
  3. Candidates must select the list of the declaration of Results mentioned above.
  4. The Result of the candidate gets displayed on the screen. Candidates are advised to look for any discrepancies present in the results at this stage.
  5. The soft copy of the Results must be downloaded, and two printouts of the Results must be taken for future reference.

AMUEEE 2023 Counselling

After the declaration of Results, the Aligarh Muslim University shall release the Merit list. Only the candidates whose names are mentioned in the Merit list will be considered qualified and allowed to apply for Counselling. Candidates who rank lower than the cutoff rank will not be allowed to appear in the AMUEEE 2023 Counselling. The Aligarh Muslim University will conduct the Counselling for different categories separately. The AMUEEE 2023 Counselling dates will be announced on the official website soon.

The candidates will have to report at the allotted venue on the stipulated date and time mentioned by the examination conducting body. Candidates must bring the required educational documents, along with other important documents, such as a photo ID, birth certificate, and transfer certificate, along with their passport-size photographs. Candidates will have to get their documents verified at the allotted centres.

The seats will be allotted based on the rank received by the candidate in the qualifying exams, the availability of seats, and the preference opted by the candidates. The results of seat allotment will be declared online. The candidates must express their acceptance of the same by visiting the allotted campus on the stipulated date and paying the admission fees.

The Merit list will have four categories:

  1. General Merit List
  2. Chance Memo/Waiting List
  3. Internal Merit List
  4. Nomination Category List

AMUEEE 2023 Counselling Procedure

The AMUEEE 2023 Counselling procedure is mentioned in the following steps:

  1. Registration: The qualified candidates have to register themselves online on the official website amucontrollerexams.com. To complete the registration process, the candidate must upload the required documents, select the courses and colleges of preference, and then pay the Counselling fee online.
  2. Documents Verification: The Exam Controller Authorities at the Aligarh Muslim University will verify all the documents submitted by the candidate. In case of rejection, the candidate will have to re-upload the documents.
  3. Seat Allotment: The seats are allotted based on the rank of the candidate in AMUEEE 2023, the selected preferences and the availability of seats. The results of seat allotment will be released online on the official website.
  4. Admission Confirmation: To accept admission to the allotted college, the candidate will have to visit the college within the stipulated date and time and pay the admission fee.

Documents Required for Verification during the AMUEEE 2023 Counselling

The following documents must be submitted by the candidates during the AMUEEE Counselling:

  1. Marksheet of Class 12 or an equivalent qualifying examination.
  2. Examination certificate of Grade 10 or an equivalent examination in support of the date of birth of the candidate.
  3. Transfer (also called Migration Certificate) Certificate and Character Certificate received from the last institute attended by the candidate.
  4. 10 recent coloured photographs with white background of the size – (2.5 cm x 3.0 cm).
  5. Special Category Certificate
  6. 4 postage stamps bearing self-addressed envelopes worth Rs 22/-; each must be submitted to the office of Provost of Hall of Residence/NRSC allotted).
  7. Two affidavits stating that the candidate will not indulge in ragging taken from the Oath Commissioner on a plain white paper. One affidavit must be on behalf of the candidate, and the other one must be on behalf of the parents/guardian.
