HPCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates can check out the eligibility criteria needed for B.Tech admissions through HPCET. Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be allowed for admissions in the participating institutions.
BTech (Direct) – The candidate should have passed 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects with Biotechnology/ Chemistry/ Biology/ Vocational subjects scoring at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category) in the subject above taken together.
Admission Criteria –
- If the seats are vacant after exhausting the HPCET and JEE (Main) merit, the remaining seats should be filled on the basis of merit of Class 12 exam conducted by a recognized university or board.
- The seats vacant after admission based on tests or exams will be shifted and filled as per the next test or exam in continuous order.
