What are the types of climate?

Koeppen recognised five major climatic groups, four of which are based on temperature and one on precipitation. They are  A (Tropical), B ( Dry Climates ), C (Warm Temperate), D (Cold Snow Forest Climates), and E ( Cold Climates).
