Getting into IIT through JEE appears to be a nightmare for many candidates. Most of the time students are under pressure and stress, so they will not eat and sleep properly. Few of them will continuously be sitting with books without food and sleep. Even though IIT JEE requires strong preparation and dedication but proper sleep and managing the study hours is also very important at the same time. The brain also needs proper rest in the form of sleep and students should get an ample amount of sleep to study productively. It’s important to be healthy as well. Hence, 6-7 hours of sleep is a must.
