Monthly Ranking of Govt Schools to be conducted in Madhya Pradesh

In a new report by the MP Ministry of state education, The Madhya Pradesh Education Department has decided to provide the monthly ranking of all the government schools, in order to improve the quality of education provided to students in the state government schools. The ranking will be done of the schools from Class 1 to Class 8.

Schools in all 52 districts will be ranked based on the number of points they receive for high quality of work and managing the meeting duties.

The decision was made under the directive of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. According to the tweet posted by the department, the Chief Minister has asked the officials to issue the monthly ranking on the CM dashboard.

Shivraj Singh Chouhan had also earlier announced new scholarships to encourage Sanskrit language among students. Scholarships to students learning Sanskrit were promised by the Chief Minister. According to the reports, the scholarship is scheduled to begin in July.

As per the media reports, The decision was taken before the cabinet meeting at Vallabh Bhawan while addressing his cabinet ministers. According to reports, the scholarships will start in the month of July.

The scholarship will help to educate the students and priests who are studying Sanskrit. According to the reports, 1900 posts have been made for the recruitment of sanskrit instructors. The scholarship will help in filling the positions for remaining posts. Till the positions are filled for the instructor, guest faculty will be arranged. Among many of the other announcements made in the month of May, the Chief Minister also made an announcement of the government’s plan to add a lesson on Bhagwan Parshuram to the school curriculum.
