The Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Pradesh (माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल, मध्य प्रदेश) (abbreviated MPBSE) is a board of school education in Madhya Pradesh, India. It conducts the High School Certificate Examination for Class 10 and the Higher Secondary (School) Certificate (HSC) Exam for Class 12, which is a school-leaving examination. Meanwhile, the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) had cancelled the practical exams for Classes 10 and 12, this year. The practical exams that were scheduled to commence on 20 May 2021, has been postponed due to the rise in COVID-19 cases in the state, according to the notice shared on the official Twitter handle of the School Education Department, Madhya Pradesh. Meanwhile, the recent newsflash updated by the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, states that the Madhya Pradesh Board Class 12 Examination has been cancelled.
Madhya Pradesh government had earlier announced the decision to postpone the Board exams 2021 for Classes 10 and 12 in the state. Inder Singh Parmar, School Education Minister of Madhya Pradesh said that the board exams, which were scheduled to be held from 30 April 2021, will now be conducted after 30 May 2021. Meanwhile, practical exams will be held by 15 May 2021. The department also plans to issue the fresh MPBE Class 10th and the Class 12th board exam date sheet.

MP Board 12th Exam (Intermediate)
The MPBSE Class 12 exam falls every year in the month of March to April. Nearly 7-8 million students appear for the Class 12 MP Board Pariksha every year. The exam for MP Board Class 12 is expected to be conducted from 30th April 2021 to 15th May 2021, this year.

MP Board Pariksha Admit Card
To appear for the exams students will need to carry the Admit cards. The admit card for the year 2021, is expected to be updated soon. The important dates regarding the admit card is as follows:

MP Board Exam Results
MPBSE had announced the MP Board Class 10 Results 2020 on 4th July 2020. The total pass percentage stood at 62.84%, while last year’s pass percentage was 61.32%. Meanwhile, MP Board Class 10 Results 2019 had come out on the 15th of May. The pass percentage was 61. 69% in 2018, while in 2019 it was at 66%.
Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has declared the class 12th results on 27th July, 2020. The MP Board 12th results will also be available on its official website at mpresults.nic.in. Out of the 8.3 lakh students who took the exam, a total of 68.81% passed. This year, girls have outperformed boys. The pass percent of boys and girls are 64.66% and 73.4%. In 2019, nearly 7.69 lakh candidates appeared for Class 12 examination. The total pass percentage for 2019 was 72.37%, while that of the Science stream was at 72.64%.
