Mock rounds for admission into First Year Junior College (FYJC) is now rescheduled to start on May 23 after a delay, post which candidates would be open to the first stage of form-filling. Earlier the mock round was expected to start on May 1 and go on till May 14.
Students passing out of class 10 this year and moving to class 11 can apply for admission to FYJC through its official website where registrations will begin by filling out the first part of the form which will require personal details. The second part of the form will reportedly include giving preferences of colleges.
The admission process has been delayed owing to some non-state boards conducting their examinations until recently since the conducting authority wants maximum no. of students both from state-board and non-state board to apply for admission into First Year Junior College.
Due to the delay in starting of the mock round for FYJC, the registration process which was about to start on May 17 has also been delayed and new dates are ex[ected to be out soon.
