According to the official notification released by the NTA, candidates can now make changes if any to fields of application form along with changes to the selection of exam centre cities. The dates for the same have been extended up till 31st May, 2020.
To make any corrections, candidates can visit the official website for NEET NTA, ntaneet.nic.in. login, verify details and make the necessary changes.
The official notification by the NTA clearly mentions that applicants are informed about the extension of dates yet again, the particulars to which changes can be made and the deadline for the same. One should note that corrections (if any) are accepted up till 5pm and fee submission (if applicable) is accepted only up till 11:50pm on 31st May, 2020.
Pending or additional payment(if applicable by students) can be done through the online mode via Net banking/Debit/Credit card/PAYTM/UPI. Also to be noted is that if the additional fee is necessary based on any changes made in the application form, the final updates shall be shown once the payment is carried out.
In addition, the official notice also states that the NTA will make all the possible efforts to assign exam centre cities to applicants in their order of choices as selected by them, mentioned in the application form. It is subject to availability of total capacity of the city selected. Citing administrative reasons, the NTA may allot a different city as the final decision with regards to the centre allotment ultimately lies with the NTA.
