In its official notice released on 3rd April, 2020 NTA (National testing Agency), the conducting body for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) announced that the syllabus for NEET-UG 2020 exams shall remain the same. The clarification has come out from NTA in the event of some rumours doing the rounds on social media regarding the change in the syllabus, hence the clarification.

Also, NTA went on to clarify that it does not reserve the right to decide the syllabus nor cause any changes to it. The NTA only provides the link to the syllabus. You can check the syllabus in the information bulletin provided from the official website of Medical Council of India – mciindia.org.
Candidates who are preparing to appear for NEET 2020 exams are requested to kindly stay updated with the official website for NEET, ntaneet.nic.in and not be led by any fake notices or erroneous information.
The next event in-line for NEET is the date for downloading NEET Admit card 2020, which shall be declared only after 15th April 2020 as per the notice.
