NEET UG 2021 On 12th September

Dharmendra Pradhan, the education minister has announced the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) exam date and NEET application form release date. The NEET-UG 2021 exam is now scheduled for 12th September 2021. Also, the application forms for NEET 2021 shall be made available on 13th July 2021 from 5 pm.

The answer to the much-awaited question on NEET 2021 was announced on Monday. The NEET 2021 exam was earlier scheduled to take place on 1st August 2021. Students were long anticipating updates on NEET 2021 which now finally are being put to rest. Along with the update on NEET 2021 exam date, the date of release of the application form for NEET 2021 too was announced. Students can now begin the process of NEET-UG 2021 registrations on the official website.

Further to the update, keeping in view the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, the number of exam centres and exam cities have been increased this year. Dharmendra Pradhan, the Education Minister further announced – “In order to ensure social distancing norms, the number of cities where the examination will be conducted has been increased from 155 to 198. The number of examination centres will also be increased from the 3862 centres used in 2020”.

He also added – “To ensure adherence to COVID-19 protocols, face mask will be provided to all candidates at the centre. Staggered time slots during entry and exit, contactless registration, proper sanitisation, seating with social distancing etc. will also be ensured”.

Consequently, students are advised to visit the official website for NEET to carefully follow all the NEET 2021 updates. Visit the official website – neet.nta.nic.in. and locate the registration link to apply for the test through the online mode made live from 13th July 5 pm onwards.
