By the 2nd week of January 2023, the CAT 2022 results will be declared. The CAT 2022 scorecards will be valid till 31 December 2023. CAT 2022 The CAT 2022 application form window will be closed on 14 September 2022 at 5:00 pm, candidates can visit the official website of CAT, iimcat.ac.in to register. The admit cards will be available from 27 October 2022 at 5:00 pm onwards and the exam will be conducted on 27 November 2022 in three sessions. The CAT application form filling started on 3 August 2022. The CAT 2O22 will be conducted by IIM Bangalore for admission into various Post Graduate Programmes in Management (PGP) and Fellow Programmes in Management (FPM) programmes offered by different IIMs across India.

The registration process for CAT 2022

  1. Visit the official website of the CAT 2022, iimcat.ac.in.
  2. Click on the “New Candidate Registration” link.
  3. Now fill in the details and then click on “Generate OTP.”
  4. Verify the OTP sent to your mobile number and email address.
  5. Your login credentials will be generated.
  6. Now click on the “Registered candidate login” where you have to enter your login credentials to log in.
  7. Now you have to fill in your personal details, education details, work experience details, programme choices you wish to study, exam centre choices, and then make payment.
  8. Now take the printout out of your filled-in application form.
  9. The admit cards can be accessed by logging in as a registered user.
CAT 2022 results will be declared by the 2nd week of January 2023, the scores will be valid till 31 December 2023.

Admission process through CAT 2022

Each IIM has its own selection criteria. Different IIMs may implement Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI) rounds to shortlist candidates for admissions. Some IIMs may also look for academic performance in their graduation and 10+2 or relevant work experience for their admissions.
