The Central Seat Allocation Board has released the application forms for special rounds for counselling. Candidates need to visit the official website, csab.nic.in, in order to register.
CSAB 2022 Special Rounds: Central Seat Allocation Board has started the special rounds for counselling. The board will conduct the CSAB special rounds of counselling on the official CSAB website– csab.nic.in.
The special round of counselling is conducted after the conclusion of JoSAA counselling, to fill the remaining vacant seats available at the National Institute of Technology, IIEST, IIITs, SPAs, and GFTIs (except IITs). The JoSAA counselling consists of 6 rounds.
CSAB 2022 Special Rounds: How to enrol?
- Visit the official website– csab.nic.in
- Then in the specified area mention the required login credentials.
- Fill the preferred choices and click on submit.
- Download the application form and then download it for further reference.
As per the information stated in the official notification which was released by the board, the process of application submission, choice filling and locking, seat allotment, payment of fees etc are different from the ones which are conducted during JoSAA. Candidates have been advised to go through all the information mentioned on the official website before applying.
The seat allotment result for CSAB special round 1 will be released on October 30, 2022, whereas the round 2 result will be declared on November 3. Candidates will get time from November 3, 2022 till November 5, 2022 to report to their allotted colleges. For more updates, candidates can visit the official website.
