Education Minister of Tamil Nadu, Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi has declared Tamil Nadu Result 2022. The provisional result will be valid for 3 months, starting today.
Tamil Nadu Result 2022: It's time for students to visit the official website of the Tamil Nadu State Board as it has announced the TN Class 12th and 10th Result 2022 for the session of 2021–2022. The Education Minister of Tamil Nadu, Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi, has declared the result today via a press conference. The Tamil Nadu state board exams were scheduled to be conducted from May 5, 2022, to May 28, 2022.
In the case of class 12, the aggregate pass percentage for 9.12 lakh students is 93.76%. A colossal number of 8.21 students have cleared the Tamil Nadu HSC 2022 board exams. Girls have outperformed boys as they have scored 5.36% more overall pass percentage than boys. The overall pass percentage for girls is 96.32%, while in the case of boys it is 90.96%. At 10 a.m. today, the TNBSE Tamil Nadu 10th and +2 Result 2022 was declared.
With a drop of 9.3% from last year’s 100% overall pass percentage, this year’s aggregate percentage for class 10 is 90.07%. Girls have not only defeated boys in class 12 results but also in class 10 results. The overall pass percentage of girls is 94.38%, while that of boys is 85.83%. A total strength of 4,522,499 female students appeared for the exam, whereas in the case of boys, a total of 4,60,120 students appeared for the TNBSE Tamil Nadu class 10 examinations. In the competitive list of 9,12,620 students who appeared for the exam, there was one transgender too.
Candidates must note that the passing marks for each exam is 35%. If a student has scored less than that, then they’ll have to appear for the compartment examination, which will be conducted on July 5, 2022 in the case of class 12 and August 2, 2022 in the case of class 10. Those who failed all of their exams will have to retake them in a year. Candidates must note that the provisional results will be valid for 3 months starting today.

How can I find the Tamil Nadu HSC and SSC Result 2022?
- On the homepage of the official website, click on the link that says "TN board Class 12 result 2022" for class 12 results and "TN 10th result 2022" for class 10 results.
- On the redirected page, enter the login details like exam roll number, date of birth etc.
- Check the results, which will be displayed on the screen.
- Download the provisional result and print it for future reference.
Another way to check the results is via SMS. All they have to do is type TNBOARD12 in the case of class 12 and along with their birth anniversary date, send it to 09282232585, or 09282232585.
