Heavy rains cause postponement of CUET 2022 exams In Kerala

CUET 2022: As per the latest updates, the National Testing Agency, which is the sole authority for conducting Common University Entrance Tests across the country, has postponed the examinations which were scheduled to be conducted on August 4, 5, and 6. According to the information received, NTA has taken this step keeping in mind the issues that have been occurring in the state due to heavy rains in the state.

The official notification, which was released by the NTA, states that the disruptions caused by the rain may cause problems to the candidates while travelling to the examination centre. Meanwhile, candidates from other states who are appearing for the examinations which have been scheduled to be conducted on the dates mentioned above,note that there is no change in the schedule for them.

The notice, which was published by the NTA, reads, “To support the student community, it has been decided to postpone the CUET (UG) – 2022 for the candidates who will be appearing in cities of Kerala State on August 4, 5, and 6.”

Candidates are advised to keep a check on the official website of NTA to know more details about when the exam will be conducted. NTA has not announced the new dates for the candidates who are appearing for the examination in Kerala on these three dates.

The new dates for the postponed examinations will be announced on the NTA website and the CUET official website in due course. The schedule for CUET scheduled after August 6, 2022, has not been revised at this date.

Students who have registered for the examination are advised to keep a check on the official website for the latest updates on the examination dates and schedule. The new updates will be available at nta.ac.in or cuet.samarth.ac.in.
