Kozhikode District records the highest overall pass percentage in Kerala Plus Two 12th Result 2022

Out of the total 3,61,081 students who attempted the board exams, 3,02,865 students have cleared the examinations successfully.

The Kerala Plus Two 12th Result 2022 is now available on the official website. The wait for a total of 4 lakh students has come to an end. The DHSE Kerala Plus Two (+2) Class 12th Result 2022 has been released for all streams, including Arts, Science, and Commerce. The Kerala state board exams were conducted between March 30 and April 22, 2022. The overall pass percentage for the session of 2021–2022 is 83.87%.

The Education Minister of Kerala, V. Sivankutty, made the announcement of the result declaration date via Facebook. As per the results recorded, out of the total 3,61,081 students who attempted the board exams, 3,02,865 students have cleared the examinations successfully. The aggregate number of students who have scored an A+ is 28,450. A total of 78 schools have achieved a 100% overall pass percentage.

If we look into the results from a district-wise perspective, then Kozhikode has secured the highest overall pass percentage, which is 87.79%, whereas the lowest percentage has been secured by the Wayanad district, which is 75.07%. In the division of schools, schools that are aided by the government have secured an overall pass percentage of 81.72%, private schools have secured 86.02, and unaided schools have secured 81.12%.

In the line of streams, students from the science stream have secured the highest total pass percentage, i.e. 86.14%. A total of 108,955 students attempted the examination from the commerce stream, out of which 85.69% of students have successfully passed. In the case of humanities, 75.61% of students have cleared the examinations. The overall pass percentage of the vocational stream is 78.76%.

Education Minister of Kerala, Shri.V.Sivankutty announced the result at a press conference which was conducted at 11 a.m. today, 21 June 2022. Students who have secured less than 33% will have to appear for the Save The Year (SAY) exam, which will be conducted on July 25, 2022.
