Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment application forms for the post of Police Constables under Sports quota to release on October 1, 2022. The minimum age limit to apply for the post is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 22 years.
The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) has released the official notification for UP Police Constable Recruitment. The registration for the post of police constables under the sports quota will commence from October 1, 2022. Interested candidates can visit the official website at http://uppbpb.gov.in/.
As per the information received, the recruitment drive is being conducted in order to recruit a total of 534 candidates. Out of 335 seats, 113 have been reserved for male candidates and the remaining 199 are for female candidates. Candidates need to pay an application fee of 400 while submitting the application form.
Candidates who have passed class 12 or equivalent examinations from a government-recognized board are eligible to apply for this position. Candidates will be required to submit their educational qualifications on the last date of the application submission. The minimum age limit to apply for the post is 18 years and the maximum is 22 years (on July 1, 2022).
Candidates who have taken their class 12 exams and are awaiting their results, or who have yet to take the exam, are not eligible to apply for this position.Apart from this, in order to be eligible for this post, candidates must have taken part in a sports event conducted at the following levels:
- National Championship (Senior/junior)
- National Games
- Federation Cup National (Senior/Junior)
- All India Inter State Championship (Senior)
- Inter-University Tournament Across India
- World School Games (Under 19)
- All India Police Sports Competitions
- National School Games (Under 19)
