UPMSP UP board Class 10, 12 result 2022

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, UPMSP has announced the results for UP Board class 10 exam today, on June 18, 2022 at 2 pm and UP Board class 12 exam at 4 pm on its official website upmsp.edu.in. Candidates who appeared for the UP Board examination for class 10 and 12 can also check their results at upresults.nic.in.

As per media reports, the pass percentage of class 10 students who hail from the Uttar Pradesh Board stands at 88.18% this year, lesser than what the board recorded in the last academic year during COVID.

Examination for UP Board class 10 and 12 was conducted from March 24 to April 13, 2022 which was slightly delayed due to elections in the state. As per UPMSP, a total of 51,92,616 candidates had registered for the UP Board exam this year out of which approximately 30 lakh students were from class 10th and the rest from class 12th. While only 47,75,749 students out of the total registered actually appeared for the board exam.

A whopping 2.25 crore answer sheets from class 10 and 12 have been evaluated by the board, the process for which wrapped up in the month of May, 2022. Chief head examiners and examiners have been directed by UPMSP to award equal marks to students for the questions that were asked outside the curriculum (out of syllabus), where almost 12 courses were from class 12 and seven key courses from class 10.

How to Check UP Board Result 2022?

  • Visit the official website of UPMSP upmsp.edu.in or UP Results upresults.nic.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the UP Board Result 2022 link available.
  • Enter your board roll number and other relevant information required to login.
  • Now submit to see your UP Board class 10 and 12 results.
  • You may also download and save your results for future reference.

In 2021 academic year, a total of 29,82,055 students had appeared for the class 10 UP Board examination where the pass percentage was recorded at 99.53 % while for class 12, out of the total 26,10,247 students appeared, the pass percentage was 97.88%.
