NIOS Secondary Course for Science and Technology

Science and Technology is an essential and compulsory subject that mainly deals with natural resources, explains the science behind natural phenomena, the environment, matters, the living world and many real-life events.

The entire course has been divided into seven units and thirty-two chapters, with self-assessment provided at the end of each chapter. The total duration of the lesson plan is for 240 hours, which has been distributed according to the topics and subtopics. Along with the theory, this subject includes practical work for which extra 60 hours has been allotted.
