OJEE Admit Card

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) 2023 admit card was released at 20th April 2023 onwards for the registered applicants. Candidates who are appearing for the OJEE exam are advised to download the admit card at least two days before the examination. The OJEE 2023 exam was conducted from 1st – 2nd week of May 2023 (tentative). The OJEE exam was organised across 39 test centres in the state of Odisha in the computer-based test mode.

The OJEE admit card is an important document that has to be carried by the applicants to the exam centre without fail. Students who fail to bring the admit card to the exam centre are not allowed to attempt the examination. The applicants must follow the instructions given below to download their OJEE 2023 admit card.

  • Go to the official OJEE website.
  • Select the “Download Admit Card – OJEE 2023” link.
  • Candidates must login by entering their date of birth and application number. The birthdate should be entered using the DD MM YYYY or MM DD YYYY formats.
  • Now, click the “Download Admit Card” button, and the corresponding document will show up on the screen.
  • Take a printout of the admit card.

The admit card may also be obtained by the applicants at the locations specified by the relevant authority.

  • On the exam day, students need to carry one photo ID proof along with the admit card. Voter IDs, Aadhar Cards/Enrolment Numbers with Photos, Ration Cards, Driving Licences, PAN Cards, and Passports are all acceptable forms of photo ID.
  • PwD certificate and the admit card must be carried by the candidates who qualify under this category.
  • Candidates must carry a passport-size photograph matching the same pasted on the confirmation slip.
  • Applicants must go through the instructions based on the exam centres as provided on the OJEE admit card before attempting the examination.
  • For rough work purposes, applicants must carry a black/blue point pen.
  • Applicants must sign the OJEE admit card in front of the invigilator only.
  • Candidates must carry two copies of the OJEE admit card so that they can keep one copy of the admit card with them once the invigilator signs and verifies the admit card. It is recommended that students must preserve the admit card even after completing the admission process.
  • After downloading the OJEE admit card with the correct information, candidates must fill out the declaration form. This form should contain the signature of the candidate’s parents. Applicants must not sign the form before the exam.
