Steps of OJEE 2023 Counselling

The OJEE counselling registration and choice filling 2023 will be opened by the exam conducting authorities on the official website. Follow the steps given below to apply for the OJEE 2023 counselling.

Step 1: Registration for OJEE 2023 Counselling

The qualified candidates must pay the counselling fee and register online for the OJEE counselling process. Candidates are advised to register for the OJEE 2023 counselling by entering the required information. The applicants must pay the OJEE 2023 counselling fee using internet banking, a debit card, or a credit card after entering the essential data.

Step 2: Choice Filling and Locking

Applicants are required to enter their choices of colleges and courses as per their preferences. Candidates are recommended to fill out the maximum choices to increase their chances of admission. Applicants must lock their choices within the specified limit.

Step 3: Temporary Allotment of Seat

According to the selections made by the candidates and the OJEE merit list, the authorities will announce the provisional seat allocation. The official website will have information on the OJEE seat allocation. Candidates can check the status of their seat allotment using their registered mobile number and email.

Step 4: Reporting at Nodal Centres for Document Verification Payment of Admission Fees

For the purpose of document verification and paying admission fees, applicants who will receive seats through a temporary seat allocation must visit nodal reporting centres. Candidates can use a debit or credit card to pay the seat confirmation fee of Rs. 25000 at any Axis Bank or State Bank branch.

Documents required for OJEE 2023 counselling

  • Scorecard for the JEE Main 2023.
  • Online OJEE 2023 counselling registration receipt.
  • Receipt of admission fee payment.
  • Any other document containing the candidates’ birthdate, such as a Class 10 certificate.
  • Certificate of completion for Class 12 and regular mark sheet.
  • Nativity certificate (mandatory if applicable).
  • SC/ST category original certificate from the Odisha Government
  • Income certificate for the candidates of TFW.
  • Green Card provided by the Family Welfare Department of the Government of Odisha.
  • Candidates who fall under the EWS category must have an EWS certificate from the Tahsildar or Additional Tahsildar.
  • OJEE receives the list of qualified candidates who are Ex-Servicemen from the Rajya Sainik Board. Under the ES quota, only those candidates are taken into consideration.
  • SCB Medical College issues a medical certificate to PC candidates. The candidates whose eligibility has been confirmed by the Board will be taken into account for the PC quota.

Step 5: Final Seat Allotment

The authorities will announce the OJEE 2023 final seat allocation once document verification and fee payment have been completed at the nodal reporting centres. Applicants can find the final seat allotment on the official website.
