ICO Exam Registration

All SOF-registered schools receive a prospectus containing registration forms. Schools must return the registration forms to SOF by the deadline, duly filled out and complete. Schools that have not yet registered may request a prospectus by emailing info@sofworld.org or phoning 0124-4951200.

The school’s coordinating teacher should complete the SRF (School Registration Form) and SRS (Students’ Registration Sheet) and submit them to the SOF’s office before the deadline. SOF will send out exam information and directions with the exam date and forms received from the school. The SOF will produce roll numbers for all pupils based on the SRS obtained from the school.

2021-22 ICO Registration

Schools in India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Nepal pay for the examination expense by submitting a registration fee of Rs. 125, including GST per student, to SOF. Schools may charge an additional Rs. 25 per student to cover the honorarium of the in-charge, instructor salary, and other expenditures. Students with a severe physical disability or an Indian student whose parent was martyred during defence operations do not have to pay a fee.

  • Students must register for the test at the schools where the relevant registration form is available.
  • To register for the ICO (International Commerce Olympiad) 2021-22, applicants must pay Rs.125. A portion of the money will go to the schools to help them pay for the exam.
  • Students must complete the exam form before the International Commerce Olympiad enrollment deadline.

Frequently Asked Questions on ICO Olympiad Exam Registration

Q1

What are the advantages of taking the Olympiad Exams for a student?

Students in the eleventh and twelfth grades are about to make the most important decision of their lives. The ICO assists pupils in realizing their potential and capabilities. Aside from self-realization, SOF recognizes students’ potential by awarding merit-based prizes.

  • Competitors in the Olympiad are ranked based on their performance. As a result, after completing the exam, students can assess themselves academically on five levels: within the school, at the city level, at the zonal level, at the regional level, and, most crucially, at the worldwide level.
  • A Student Performance Report is sent to each student. The SPR assesses a student’s strengths and weaknesses and compares them to those of other students at the school, city, zonal, and international levels.
  • There is also an evaluation of the student’s previous years’ performance. Students are appropriately rewarded based on their global, zonal, and school rankings. Cash prizes, medals, gifts, certificates, and other awards are presented annually.
Q2

When will the results of the ICO be declared?

The results of the Olympiad are declared eight weeks after the last examination date. The results are sent to the appropriate schools. The results are also available on the official website.
Q3

Is it still possible to apply for the SOF ICO test if our school has fewer than five students interested?

Yes, if your school has fewer than five pupils interested in taking the SOF ICO test, you can still register. All students in Classes 11 and 12 are eligible to participate in the SOF ICO. The CTF will not accept less than 20 submissions from a single class or less than ten from Classes 11 and 12. The foundation hasn’t set any additional ICO test qualifying criteria, such as minimum scores.
