The NSTSE is a diagnostic test that assists students in improving their general learning ability and academic performance. Unlike other tests, which may just determine how much a student knows or has memorised, the NSTSE assesses a student’s understanding of ideas and provides extensive comments to assist him, or her to improve. Among all classes, the NSTSE 2023 top student will get a monetary reward of Rs. 2,000,000. Every class’s top three students receive a Tablet PC, a Memento, and a Medal. A monetary award of Rs. 3000 and Rs. 1000 will be given to the students who get rankings 4 through 10 and 11 to 40 of each class, respectively.
The NSTSE 2022-23 exam will be conducted on January 22nd and 30th. The NSTSE 2022-23 result will be announced by the Unified Council in March 2023. It will be announced online at www.unifiedcouncil.com. To check the National Level Science Talent Search Examination result, students must provide their registered email address, phone number, and an 8-digit hall ticket number. All students will get a participation certificate and a Student’s Performance Report (SPR) when the NSTSE results are announced.

What is the procedure for checking NSTSE Result 2022?
In order to check the NSTSE result, students will need to carry their hall tickets. To view their results, they will need their email address, mobile phone number, and a hall ticket number. Here is the stepwise procedure for checking the result.
Step 1: Go to https://www.unifiedcouncil.com/nstse/index.aspx and click the link.
Step 2: On the new page, input your phone number, email address, and the eight-digit hall ticket number.
Step 3: Select “Search” from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: The screen will display your NSTSE result 2022-23.
Step 5: Save the files to your computer and print them for future use.
NSTSE Results 2022-23 will include the following information:
- HT Number
- Class
- All India Rank
- State Rank
- Name
- Subject-wise Marks Obtained
- Total Marks
What is the procedure for announcing the Toppers?
Officials will declare the NSTSE Toppers after the NSTSE Results are released. The NSTSE Toppers list will be released in five different formats, as shown below:
- All India Toppers
- State-wise Toppers
- City-wise Toppers of the Class
- Top NSTSE Performers
All India Toppers
Candidates with a rank of 1 to 100 would be considered all India NSTSE Toppers.
State-wise Toppers
Following the removal of the All India Toppers from the list, state-by-state NSTSE Toppers will be announced. State-wise NSTSE Toppers will be determined by the top three scorers in each state’s NSTSE test.
City-wise Toppers
The city-specific NSTSE Toppers would be determined by removing the All India and State-wise NSTSE Toppers from the list. Only the cities listed below will be recognised as NSTSE Toppers in India

Class Toppers
Students who have received the highest grades in their respective schools are known as class toppers.
NSTSE Toppers
NSTSE Toppers are students who have received a top score on the NSTSE test. However, a student will be recognised as the NSTSE Topper if he or she does not achieve a perfect score, but comes in first among all the applicants present. The NSTSE Toppers will get the following prize money:
- A reward of two lakh rupees will be awarded to a student who obtains a perfect score on the NSTSE test.
- A prize of one lakh rupees will be given to a student who does not obtain a perfect score, but receives the highest grade among all applicants.
- The prize money will be distributed evenly if two or more contestants receive the same score.
What does the Student Performance Report serve?
You will also receive a certificate and a Student’s Performance Report in addition to the NSTSE 2022-23 result (SPR). The SPR is a thorough report that gives comments and information on a student’s performance.
The following are the details provided in the SPR:
- Answers chosen by the candidates for each question.
- All of the questions have correct answers.
- Marks for each subject.
- On a nationwide level, ranking by subject.
- On a national level, the overall ranking.
- Candidate’s average grades in several topics.
- The highest marks should be grouped together.
- A skill-by-skill evaluation.
- Analyze each question separately.
This SPR identifies areas of strength and weakness, which helps students understand where they stand.
