Propan 2 Ol is a colorless flammable liquid having a disinfectant property which is commonly used as an antiseptic. Propan 2 Ol is an isomer of 1-propanol. It is used in manufacturing medicines, window cleaners, dye solutions, perfumes, cosmetics, anti-freezes, lacquer formulations, and soaps. Propan 2 Ol are sold in 70% aqueous state as rubbing alcohol. Propan 2 Ol converts viscous with decreasing temperature and freezes at −89 °C.
