Q1: From where will I get the application form for UPSEE?

Answer: Candidates should fill the Application Form online through the website https://upsee.nic.in.

Q2: What is the eligibility criteria for UPSEE?

Answer: The students who have passed their qualifying examination from an institution located in Uttar Pradesh or whose parents are domicile of U.P  are eligible to apply for UPSEE 2020.

Q3: What is the age limit for admission into various courses covered under UPSEE?

Answer: There is no age limit for admission to the courses covered in UPSEE-2020. 

Q4: What are the documents to be uploaded while filling the application form?

Answer: Candidates filling the online Application Form are required to upload scanned images of his/her latest colour photograph and signature. Application forms having blurred photographs are liable to be rejected. 

Q5: What is the mode of examination?

Answer: It is an offline mode of examination. The candidates must mark the answers on an OMR sheet.

Q6: Is there any negative marking for wrong answers?

Answers: There is no negative marking. However, a record of incorrect answers given by a candidate will be kept separately. 

Q7: When will the AKTU 2020 exam be held? 

Answer: As per the latest information from the concerned authority, the examination will be held on 20 September 2020.

Q8: What was the last date to submit the application form for the UPSEE 2020 Exam?

Answer: The application form was available from 27 January 2020 to 31 May 2020.

Q9: Is there a correction window to make changes in the application form?

Answer: Yes, the correction window was from 1 June 2020 to 3 June 2020.

Q10: What is the medium in which the question paper is available for UPSEE 2020?

Answer: The language options for UPSEE 2020 are English/Hindi.

Answer: The UPSEE 2020 entrance exam is conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Uttar Pradesh.

Q12: What is the marking scheme for UPSEE 2020?

Answer: Every correct answer is allotted 4 marks and there is no negative marking in UPSEE 2020.

Q13: What is the time duration for the UPSEE 2020 exam?

Answer: The time duration for all the papers are given below

  • Paper 1, 2, 3 – 3 hours
  • Paper 4 – 2 hours 30 minutes
  • Paper 5, 6, 7, 8 – 1 hour 30 minutes
  • Paper 9, 10, 11 – 2 hours
