West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has now declared the results of the WBJEE 2020 examination. WBJEE results have been released on the exam authority’s official website on 7th August 2020. Registered candidates can now check their results online.
How to Check WBJEE Results 2020?
- Visit the official website: wbjeeb.nic.in
- Once you reach the homepage, click on the WBJEE tab.
- You will now see WBJEE rank tabs has been added to the page.
- You will have an option to log in either using your Application and password or using the date of birth. Click on your choice.
- Once the correct details are entered and verified the WBJEE result 2020 will appear on the screen.
WBJEE 2020 exam was held on February 2, 2020. This news comes at a time when there has been a lot of uncertainty regarding the entrance exams due to the current COVID-w19 pandemic situation.
Now that the WBJEE results have been announced, the cut-offs are also expected to be released soon by the board. Nonetheless, the board has released the provisional list of institutes participating in the admission process. As per the notice in the official website, the final list will be declared by the Appropriate Authority before counselling.
Candidates who clear WBJEE 2020 will appear in the counselling process. As per reports WBJEE counselling 2020 is expected to be conducted online due to the coronavirus pandemic. Meanwhile, classes may or may not start in October that is if the counselling begins in September.
WBJEE is the common entrance examination that is conducted for granting admissions to undergraduate courses in the field of Engineering and Technology, Architecture and Pharmacy in different universities, government or self-financed institutions in West Bengal.
