UGC NET 2017: Exam Schedule released by CBSE

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the examination schedule for UGC NET 2017 on the official CBSE NET website. CBSE will conduct UGC NET Exam on November 5, 2017.

The official notification for UGC NET exam 2017 has been released by CBSE on its official website for the November 2017 examination. An important notice for 5th November 2017 examination along with the complete exam schedule is released on the official CBSE NET website, i.e., cbsenet.nic and also in the official CBSE website i.e., cbse.nic.in. Aspiring candidates preparing for UGC NET Exam 2017 are requested to go through the official website of CBSE and check the important details.

UGC NET 2017 Exam Schedule

Candidates are suggested to go through the exam schedule released in the CBSE NET official website although there has been no change in the above-mentioned schedule.

Candidates are advised that they should visit the exam center a day before the examination so that they can know the location of the exam center. This will help them to avoid unnecessary delay in reporting at the exam center as per the schedule. Candidates should know that according to the official notification of CBSE, no applicant will be allowed inside the exam hall after the last entry time of the examination, i.e., 9:30 am for Paper I, 11:15 am for Paper II and 2:00 pm for Paper III. Candidates coming late for the examination will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

The UGC NET 2017 exam will be conducted on Sunday on the 5th of November. Candidates must note that the examination is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education. However, the role of the board is limited to the declaration of results and conducting the examination. The certificate is granted by the University Grants Commission (UGC). CBSE will conduct the exam in 84 subjects at 90 exam centers in India.
