In 2021, the CMAT paper had an optional section, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, which had 25 questions. In this article, we will discuss in detail the CMAT exam previous years’ question paper pattern to help the candidates get familiar with the exam pattern and CMAT syllabus. CMAT Exam Pattern 2022
The CMAT question paper 2020 consisted of 4 sections – Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness. Each section consisted of 25 questions, and the candidates had to attempt the CMAT Question paper 2020 in 3 hours. However, the CMAT Question paper 2021 had 5 sections – Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, General Awareness, and an optional section, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, was added. The candidates who opted for Innovation and Entrepreneurship were given additional 30 minutes to solve the newly added Innovation and Entrepreneurship section. The CMAT question paper 2022 will consist of 5 sections as well. The detailed CMAT Exam pattern 2022 and the 2020 & 2021 exam patterns are given below.

Each correct response in the CMAT exam 2022 carries +4 marks, and for each incorrect response, -1 will be deducted. However, no marks will be deducted for unattempted questions. CMAT question paper 2022 will consist of a total of 400 marks.
